These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ji55 ("ji55", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://ji55.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. ji55 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 18+
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or participation in online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of ji55 or any affiliated operator.
• You must not previously have been excluded, banned or suspended from the Platform or any affiliated operator platform.

Where registration functionality is made available on the Platform, the following conditions apply to the creation and management of your Account:

• Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and any associated balances or bonuses being forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify ji55 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account.
• ji55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of residential address and source of funds documentation.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy, which may include account closure or balance forfeiture as set out in the operator's specific dormancy terms.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory or harmful to ji55, other users or third parties.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any associated database or system.
• Introducing, transmitting or distributing viruses, malware, spyware or any other harmful software through the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technology to access, collect or process data from the Platform without our express written consent.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, arbitrage exploitation or coordinated bonus abuse with other users.
• Reproducing, republishing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from ji55.
• Misrepresenting your identity, jurisdiction or eligibility status to access services that would otherwise be unavailable to you.

ji55 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these acceptable use provisions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

The following terms govern deposits and payment processing on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources or unverified payment methods are not permitted.
• ji55 references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as context only. These references do not imply that any of these providers endorse, affiliate with or support gambling transactions through their platforms.
• Minimum deposit thresholds, transaction fees and available payment methods are determined by the relevant operator and may change without prior notice. Always verify current deposit options in the operator's cashier section.
• All currency conversions, where applicable, will be processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ji55 is not responsible for any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

• Bonus-derived funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Withdrawing real-money funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of associated bonus balances.

All bonuses and promotional offers described on ji55 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonus figures described on this Platform — including welcome offers, sports starters, cricket weekend offers and crypto bonuses — are illustrative examples only. They are not guaranteed live promotions and may not reflect current operator offers. Always verify with the operator directly.

• The ji55 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to ji55. Their use in any form without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Trademarks, logos and service marks of third parties referenced on this Platform — including payment providers and sports organisations — belong to their respective owners. Their reference on ji55 does not imply affiliation, endorsement or approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji55 provides the Platform and its Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• ji55 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.

• ji55 has reasonable grounds to believe that your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes.
• You have circumvented or attempted to circumvent a self-exclusion, account restriction or security measure.
• You have threatened, harassed or abused any member of the ji55 support team or other users of the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance in a verified, non-breaching account will be processed in accordance with applicable withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance reviews.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ji55 is incorporated and operates, as determined by its applicable license and registration. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved in the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction, subject to any overriding mandatory local law provisions.

Users in Pakistan are advised that Pakistani courts may apply local law to determine the enforceability of these Terms within Pakistan's territorial jurisdiction. ji55 makes no representations as to the enforceability of these Terms under Pakistani law. Users should seek independent legal advice if uncertain about their position.

ji55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also, at our discretion, notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.
